Ubiqconn Technology recognizes that information security and privacy protection are vital to the sustainable development of an enterprise. The Company is committed to building a rigorous and comprehensive information security governance framework to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, availability, and legal compliance of customer information.To further enhance cybersecurity governance, Ubiqconn has fully implemented the ISO 27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS) since 2023. In accordance with Taiwan's Cybersecurity Management Act and Personal Data Protection Act, the Company has developed systematic information security policies and management mechanisms. In addition, a cross-functional Cybersecurity Task Force led by a dedicated Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) has been established to oversee planning, execution, audits, and improvement initiatives. The task force holds at least one ISO management review meeting annually to regularly review and update policies and procedures, ensuring that security objectives are effectively executed while continuously raising information security awareness and capabilities across the organization.
