Supplier Code of Conduct

Ubiqconn Technology has established a Supplier Code of Conduct encompassing five key areas: labor and human rights, occupational health and safety, environmental responsibility, business ethics, and management systems. All suppliers are required to sign a compliance commitment letter, jointly upholding the Company's sustainability standards.

Responsible Mineral Sourcing

Ubiqconn conducts due diligence on the sourcing of cobalt, tin, tantalum, tungsten, and gold in accordance with the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas. This is to prevent the funding of armed conflicts or the violation of human rights through mineral procurement.

Greenhouse Gas Management in the Supply Chain

Suppliers are encouraged to set and disclose greenhouse gas reduction targets, including Scope 1, Scope 2, and material Scope 3 emissions categories. Together, we aim to build a low-carbon supply network.

Labor Rights and Human Rights Protection

The use of child labor, forced labor, and discrimination is strictly prohibited. Suppliers must ensure the protection of basic labor rights, including working hours, wages, and freedom of association, while also providing accessible grievance mechanisms and safeguards for whistleblower identity.

Data Privacy and Information Security

Suppliers must responsibly manage all personal and business-related data obtained through commercial activities. Compliance with data protection laws and information security regulations is required to protect both corporate and individual information assets.
